Email is your identity: where you sign in, who you correspond with, and what you subscribe to all pass through it. We built an email service that makes this identity belong to you rather than to advertisers, that speaks Turkish, and that answers to Turkish law.
Most large email services are free because the real product is you: your mailbox is scanned for ads and your interests are profiled. We chose the opposite. Our revenue comes entirely from subscriptions. There are no ads in your mailbox, and your content is not scanned for ad targeting.
We also wanted to show that this can be done from Türkiye: an identity with an @email.tr address, a Turkish interface and support, pricing in Turkish lira, and service under KVKK. We are the Türkiye alternative to privacy-focused services like Proton Mail and Tuta.
email.tr is operated in Türkiye by Dilimon Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. The data controller and legal responsibility under KVKK rest with this company. The payment and billing infrastructure for international subscriptions and name sales is handled through the group company Dilimon Technology LLC (USA, Wyoming). The service runs on Cloudflare's global edge infrastructure.
Security is not a single adjective but a set of measurable criteria. That is why we avoid absolute claims like "the world's most secure", "100% secure", or "unhackable". Instead we explain the architecture, publish our agreements, and design so that control stays with you.
